Biography

Carol helps leaders be more adaptable to lead with greater ease and impact especially as they transition into more senior and complex roles.

Formerly a Global Vice President, her corporate career spans 23 years across the United States, Japan, Singapore, and Australia; with some of the world’s leading organizations such as Procter & Gamble.

From engaging with Board and C-Suite stakeholders to influencing across geographies and functions on global initiatives, her Executive experience has instilled deep insights on what it takes to navigate complexities at that level. She is known for her purpose-led strategic leadership and collaborative partnerships across divergent stakeholder groups.

Leaders who work with Carol are energetic learners who are willing to stretch outside their comfort zone. Drawing from multiple disciplines including Adult Development Theory and Neuroscience, she works with them at their growth edge to broaden their leadership range to be more flexible while driving change.

By ‘surfacing the invisibles’ – their mindsets, patterns and blind spots – she helps them deepen their self-awareness to expand their perspectives and ability to access different approaches in challenging situations and interactions.
