Courtney Quigley is a Senior Leadership Solutions Consultant at AIIR Consulting and Director of Operations at AIIR Analytics, where she leads AIIR's executive assessment practice. She partners with clients to design and deliver assessment solutions that support how they select, develop, and plan succession for their leaders - from emerging talent through the most senior levels of the organization.
Courtney holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University and brings deep expertise in assessing leaders at every stage, developing success profiles, and building leadership frameworks that give organizations a clear picture of what strong leadership looks like at each level. Her career spans nonprofit and corporate healthcare, where she ran operations and led teams in intermediate care facilities for adults with intellectual disabilities. She also held HR and talent acquisition roles across healthcare and manufacturing, where she supported a bilingual workforce and sharpened her ability to select and develop leaders across diverse settings.
Today she partners with organizations across the Fortune 500 to build assessment strategies that work at every level of the talent pipeline, helping them use assessment data spot and develop talent early as well as make confident development decisions about their most senior leaders. As an executive coach in AIIR's Elevate Project, she also works directly with senior nonprofit leaders to turn assessment insight into focused, lasting growth. Beyond her work at AIIR, Courtney mentors early-career women in I/O Psychology through SIOP and its Chicago chapter. She is a certified Hogan practitioner and is certified in AIIR's proprietary assessment tools, drawing on both to guide leaders toward sustained development.
