Dorothy Doppstadt understand how communication, perception, and systems interact when stakes are high. She has also served as faculty at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and worked across multiple CUNY colleges, including leading leadership and change initiatives with Black Male Empowerment Centers, grounding her coaching in both practice and education.
