Eduardo Cisneros

Biography

Eddie became a coach after 16 years of corporate and startup experience because he believes it is his purpose to help others navigate the challenges we all face in our businesses and work lives. Eddie is a Certified Integral Master Coach® and creates customized programs that help clients (individuals and groups) build deep awareness of their current way of being as well as master the skills and abilities required to make meaningful change.

The three words that best describe his coaching approach are: deep, personalized, and sustainable. He has coached senior executives and their teams across multiple functions, including C-suite Executives, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales. He has deep experience coaching clients from a breadth of industries, including technology, financial services (& fintech), medical technology, healthcare, manufacturing, venture-backed startups and the non-profit sector.

Eddie is a father of two teens and has been married for over 16 years. Having been born in Nicaragua and raised in Miami, Florida, he is a native Spanish speaker. In his spare time, Eddie is a Certified SCUBA Diver and serves as Vice Chair and Treasurer of The Children's Advocacy Center, a non-profit that helps kids and families that are victims of abuse. He currently resides in Chicago and has lived all over the U.S. and has traveled extensively, including a week-long experiential leadership venture to Antarctica while attending the Wharton School.

Eddie's corporate career included leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies such as GE Healthcare, UnitedHealth (Optum), and DaVita, where he was most recently a Vice President of Corporate Development. He was part of two startups, Accolade (Nasdaq: ACCD) and symbeo (co-founder), both of which were focused on reducing healthcare costs while enhancing the care experience and improving access to care.
