Having delivered more than 400 keynotes to over 100,000 individuals in 12 countries, Hywel’s impact spans a diverse array of clients, including Fortune 500 giants like Nike, Deloitte, and Coca-Cola. Hywel launched his career in the high-pressure world of media, serving for nearly a decade in senior leadership roles at the Financial Times. As a Sales Director for both the FT newspaper and FT.com, he managed multi-million-dollar client portfolios, built and led a team of 25, and oversaw budgets exceeding $50 million. His success in cultivating relationships and developing talent laid the foundation for his transition into learning and development.

In 2010, Hywel joined The Mind Gym, where he led a global network of more than 300 facilitators, driving high-impact programs for top-tier organizations.
