Jamie Ramsden brings 20 years of international business experience to AIIR, including five years as a Chief Executive, where he created significant and sustained business results through intense customer focus, disciplined processes and highly-engaged teams. He has been an Executive Coach for ten years with clients in the UK, Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia.
During his time at Goodridge USA, Jamie created a change initiative that transformed the company and resulted in 400% growth over a seven-year period. During this time, he and his team also built infrastructure, energized employees and implemented LEAN systems. This yielded world-class supplier awards from Goodridge’s OEM customers and resulted in significant top- and bottom-line improvements. After this business transformation, Jamie then guided Goodridge to private-equity acquisition as part of the global leadership team in 2013.
Jamie is currently the founder and Chief Executive of Adastra Consulting, LLC, a strategic partner of AIIR Consulting. His clients include corporate, government, nonprofit and private organizations around the globe, including Coca Cola, GE, All State, Ford, Nissan, Wharton Business School, London Business School, Comcast, Anthem, SAP, Lord&Taylor, COACH, Sak’s Fifth Avenue, Five Below, KPMG and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Jamie received an MBA from Lancaster University (UK) with a specialization in Leadership and Change Management, and is also fluent in French. He received advanced leadership training from the CCL, where he is adjunct faculty, and is certified in a number of instruments including all CCL 360 assessments, Firo-B, Myers Briggs (MBTI), Change Style Indicator, Hogan 360, California Psychological Indicator 260 (CPI-260), Campbell Leadership Index, Work Place Big-5 and Coaching Mindset Index. In addition, Jamie is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys keeping balance through sports, music and exercise, as well as spending time with his wife of seventeen years and their four children in Princeton, New Jersey.
