Biography

Kira Sloop, MPH, BCC is a behavioral scientist, executive coach, and dynamic facilitator who helps leaders “anchor within to be more agile outside.” With three decades of experience in leadership development and behavioral science, she brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and human insight to every engagement.
As a Talent and Organizational Development executive for a global consulting firm, Kira led the company’s strategy for leadership assessment, learning, and development—building the leadership pipeline essential to a growth-focused culture. She designed and delivered enterprise programs that empowered rising leaders to lean into their authentic style, mid-career leaders to expand their perspective, senior leaders to activate their influence, and enterprise leaders to let go of what no longer served them to fuel the growth of their business and teams.
Her programs integrated workplace personality, leadership style, and 360 assessments with experiential elements such as business simulations, senior leader networking, peer coaching, and capstone projects. As a coach, Kira has helped hundreds of leaders thrive amid ambiguity and complexity—developing the inner mastery needed to amplify outer impact. Her superpower lies in using assessments to spark meaningful insight and courageous dialogue for leaders ready to elevate their interpersonal and communication effectiveness.
Before her corporate leadership development roles, Kira led a behavioral-science-focused research and evaluation line of business at a global consulting firm, overseeing a 75-person multidisciplinary team serving U.S. Federal, commercial, and non-profit clients. She earned a reputation for exceeding growth, client satisfaction, and engagement goals by serving as a trusted advisor, nurturing talent, and creating the conditions for lasting transformation.
