Makeda specializes in executive coaching, team effectiveness, and leadership development. As an Executive Coach, she is dedicated to helping leaders unlock their potential. In addition to coaching leaders, Makeda partners with intact leadership teams and cross-functional groups to improve alignment, trust, communication, and execution. Her Team Coaching approach helps teams clarify priorities, strengthen accountability, and establish the behaviors required for sustained high performance.

Makeda also serves as a Leadership Development Consultant, partnering with organizations to facilitate leadership initiatives that build capability at multiple levels. She partnered directly with senior executives across R&D, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions within global organizations in the Pharmaceutical, Technology, and Food/Hospitality industries. She also served as Global Succession Planning Leader for a large multinational organization, accelerating the development of leadership talent prepared to assume critical enterprise roles.
