Merlijn Sluis is a seasoned leadership and transformation coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations thrive in complex and high-pressure environments. He specializes in leadership development, team dynamics, and fostering resilience through mindfulness and self-awareness.
Throughout his career, Merlijn has coached leaders across diverse industries, including professional services, finance, high tech, healthcare, and the public sector. His work focuses on creating cultures of collaboration, trust, and high performance, helping clients navigate change, manage stress, and build lasting impact.
