Naina Bishop is a Professional Certified Coach and Leadership Consultant. Her non-judgment, deep listening, and courage build safety quickly to accelerates incredible growth in her clients. Her lived global experience combined with a diverse range of clients (across industry and geography) have stretched her range of motion in broadening perspectives. She specializes in Executive Coaching, C-Suite-level Team Coaching, Leadership Development, and Assessments. She has successfully lead her C-suite level teams to enhance cohesion, collaboration and productivity. Leadership teams frequently rate her skills in fostering growth at the highest levels. She actively teaches yoga, mindfulness and is the founder of a wellness organization. She enjoys hiking, biking, gardening and creative writing.

Naina has held formal and informal leadership roles in various organizations for 30+ years. Most recently, she led the Coaching COE, bringing thought leadership to 400+ coaches in NA. She partnered with the NA leadership to onboard and manage coaches. Further, as an Engagement Leader, she oversaw complex talent management solutions for clients. She managed teams to deliver solutions, managed client relationships at senior levels, and generated new business. She has managed engagements in the multi-million-dollar range, overseeing teams of up to 100. She won awards such as Best Student of the Year, Leader of the Best Global Team and the VIP Consulting Award. In one of her prior roles as a VP, she partnered with the President to drive business, create strategy, and manage resources. She led and designed assessment centers and provided litigation consulting support. She is a thought leader; she has published articles and spoken at professional forums.
