Ngozi is the author of Grow! and Growing! a collection of nuggets to inspire & challenge leaders and was listed by Forbes Woman Africa as a new wealth Creator in the HR Innovations category (female entrepreneurs who have created significant impact in their respective sectors by pioneering their organization in generating new untapped streams of income).
She’s an advocate for recycling as a key part of the circular economy & and the creator of Sustainability Quiz & S.O.P. Box for Women, an on the-go technology solution for women everywhere enabling a focus on Self, Organisation and Planet – (S.O.P).
Ngozi is passionate about shifting the trajectory of Leadership & Education particularly on the African continent and sits on the governing council of educational institutions. She’s a ‘ KEYS’ Mentor with Partners in Education, mentoring kids at schools in the Katy Independent School District Houston, Texas.
As the convener of HRBP MeetUp™ & Disrupt HR Lagos, these platforms provide her expression to shape the HR profession and leadership spaces for borderless impact. Ngozi is a “retired” runner & mountain climber and now enjoys walking and writing.
