Biography
Nikki is an Executive Coach with first-hand business leadership experience and understands the challenges you face. With 37 years in IT and high tech, including 21 years at Cisco Systems, she specializes in supporting leaders of complex, global, cross-functional teams. Her coaching experience spans beyond the domain of IT to encompass numerous industries, including banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, retail, engineering, manufacturing, and healthcare. Her leadership extends from corporate Board rooms to the non-profit sector in her role as the current Chair of the Board for her local hospital system providing oversight of all aspects of the healthcare system, and as a hospice volunteer since 1999.
Nikki has a pragmatic coaching style aligned to business outcomes, leadership impact with strong customer orientation. She is known for her success in complex engagements that may have many nuances requiring an adaptable and flexible approach to meet the client where they are.
