She specializes in individual coaching and group facilitation of multi-cultural leaders with a focus on management and leadership deployment, career & talent transition, and conflict resolution.
She coaches top executives, high potentials, and expatriates from diverse professional origins and environments, including multinational corporations, start-ups, freelance professions, United Nations agencies (from P3/4 up to under SG level), the World Bank Group, NGOs, and federal governments. She loves diversity!

Patricia also works as a Human Resources & Management Expert for the Selection of the Belgian Public Administration Leadership as a member of a jury assessing and nominating the top executives of all ministries of the Belgian federal government.
