Patricia Lambert

Biography

Patricia Lambert is one of the first Master Certified Coaches in Belgium (8,500 hours+ of coaching), credentialed with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and trained by Coaching de Gestion Inc., Canada. She specializes in individual coaching and group facilitation of multi-cultural leaders with a focus on management and leadership deployment, career & talent transition, and conflict resolution.

She coaches top executives, high potentials, and expatriates from diverse professional origins and environments, including multinational corporations, start-ups, freelance professions, United Nations agencies (from P3/4 up to under SG level), the World Bank Group, NGOs, and federal governments. She loves diversity!

Patricia offers a genuine interest in people and organizations as well as a strong belief in the talent potential of each individual. Engaging in a coaching experience with her is a journey of clarity, alignment, and inspirational transformation. She is also convinced about the virtues of structuring, planning, and measuring progress.

Patricia works as a supervisor and mentor for coaches to pass their ICF certification anywhere in the world.

Her coaching focuses on demonstrated practice in appreciative and purpose-driven leadership, neuro- and cognitive-brain-based approaches, tactical negotiation, emotional intelligence, intercultural coaching, narrative storytelling, trans-personal coaching, and group ""co-development"". She uses a whole-system perspective, leveraging mind, heart, body, and spirit with an eco-systemic dimension.

Patricia also works as a Human Resources & Management Expert for the Selection of the Belgian Public Administration Leadership as a member of a jury assessing and nominating the top executives of all ministries of the Belgian federal government.
