Biography

Payal Rajaratnam is an Executive Coach dedicated to helping senior leaders lead from within — strengthening their thinking, presence, and stakeholder influence to elevate their leadership impact.

Her coaching focuses on supporting leaders in shaping vision, gaining clarity on personal challenges, recognising blind spots, and discovering perspectives that open new possibilities to create meaningful change.

A Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (iCF), Payal has supported leaders over a decade in emotional regulation, building inner confidence, executive presence, and communicating to build stakeholder relationships, enhancing influence, and achieving results.

Payal is known for showing up with deep respect, genuine care, and strong commitment to her clients’ growth. Her coaching style is adaptable to her clients' needs and is empathetic, thereby creating a space where trust builds quickly. She is also certified in Hogan Personality Assessments and is a certified Deep Transformational Coach from the Center for Transformational Coaching. She has completed advanced training in Neuroscience of Change and is certified in Group Coaching. She is further a certified practitioner of AIIR’s Team Effectiveness Survey.

Payal brings over 20 years of corporate work experience and 7 years of experience facilitating workshops that helped leaders explore and strengthen diverse leadership capabilities.
