Her corporate career spans 20+ years of being an innovative HR leader and coach with multinationals in North America, Europe, and Asia. She has led several high-profile projects for accelerating the development of leaders, building talent, and promoting cultural change in companies like Siemens, Nokia and Grainger.

Saloni is credited with launching the first-of-its-kind global coaching program for Amazon.
