Sharon has undergone her own career transition to Learning & Development. Her passion is supporting organizations and employees through transformation. Sharon’s niche is in 1-1 and small group coaching. She has coached clients from a wide range of industries, including Healthcare, Biopharma, Logistics, Technology, Professional services, Non-profits, etc. Sharon works with both individual contributors and leaders on performance management, leadership development, diversity & inclusion, and well-being. In her free time, Sharon volunteers as a Career Advisor for Workforce Singapore (WSG). She coaches mid-career professionals to support them through career growth and transitions. Sharon is also a mentor with several youth organizations affiliated with the National University of Singapore. She is passionate about soccer and sometimes coaches kids to empower themselves through sport and play.
