Silvana is a certified coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the International Enneagram Association (IEA), and ICQ Global Disc. Trained as an ontological coach at Universidad San Francisco de Assis in Uruguay, she has deep insights into human dynamics and organizational behavior, furthered by studies in leadership and emotional intelligence at Western Reserve and coaching for managers at UC Davis.
