Greg Friedman

Greg Friedman is Vice President of People Partnering and Total Rewards at FMI, where he leads the HRBP, Compensation, and Benefits functions, having previously held VP-level roles spanning Organizational Development, L&D, DEI, and People Analytics.

A purpose-driven leader who champions human-centered leadership, Greg specializes in aligning executive strategy, organizational design, and high-performance culture to unlock individual and business potential. He brings deep expertise in executive coaching, succession planning, M&A, and large-scale organizational change.

Greg holds master’s degrees from Northeastern and Suffolk University, with advanced executive education from Columbia University, Chicago Booth, and Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. He has previously served on the boards of the Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF) and Halloran Consulting Group.
