Manfred Carl van Niekerk is Global Head of Leadership Development at KPMG International, where he partners with senior executives and stakeholders across KPMG’s global, regional, and member firm networks to develop future-ready leaders, build organizational capability, and support strategic business priorities. He has more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build leadership capability, accelerate transformation, and strengthen succession pipelines across complex global environments, spanning leadership strategy, executive development, leadership assessment and succession, workforce transformation, change management, and organizational capability building.

MC began his career in Financial Services Audit and has since held roles across Risk Consulting, Forensics, Human Capital, and Learning & Development at KPMG based in Cape Town, South Africa.
