Pamela Velasquez

Pam Velasquez is an accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience in operations, organizational strategy, people leadership, and organizational development. She currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief People Officer for Special Olympics Pennsylvania, where she leads statewide operational strategy, organizational effectiveness, regional operations, human resources, and leadership development in support of the organization’s mission and continued growth.
