[Webinar] The Next Evolution of Leadership

[Webinar] The Next Evolution of Leadership

Which Leadership Competencies Are Essential for 2030 and Beyond?

It’s time for leaders to evolve.

Leaders have faced uncertainty for much of human history. Beyond the current crises, future leaders will contend with intense competition, constant change, global uncertainty, and the need for a more equitable distribution of power — challenges that many of today’s leaders are ill-equipped to overcome.

To understand the skills leaders need to face an unstable present and an uncertain future, we need to examine how we got here.

In this webinar, leadership expert and AIIR’s Head of Executive Assessment, Dr. Derek Lusk, will demonstrate how 200,000 years of human evolution have shaped the way we view leadership, and why a new evolution is necessary for leaders to succeed.

Participants will learn:

  • How the role of leaders has changed over the course of human history
  • How the role of leaders must evolve to meet the present moment
  • Four essential competencies leaders will need to succeed in the future
  • How those competencies can be measured and developed
