Business Psychologist Who Drove Similarweb’s Talent Function Through Company-Wide AI Transformation Will Lead AIIR’s Work Preparing Leaders And Organizations to Thrive in the AI Era

AIIR Consulting, a global executive coaching and leadership development firm trusted by Fortune 500 organizations worldwide, today announced that Itamar Katsch has joined the firm as Managing Partner. Katsch will lead AIIR’s work with clients on AI transformation, helping leaders and their organizations move beyond AI adoption to measurable business impact.

The appointment reflects a challenge AIIR hears from clients across every industry: organizations have invested heavily in AI tools and training, yet most are struggling to translate rising adoption into real results. The gap is not technology; it’s leadership.

As AI shifts the landscape around us, it is changing what it means to lead successfully: how leaders set direction, develop talent, make decisions, and build teams where people and AI work side by side.

“Most organizations have cleared the first hurdle. People are using AI. The harder question is whether anything is actually different as a result; whether decisions are better, whether teams are more capable, whether the business is performing in ways it couldn’t before. Closing that gap is a human challenge far more than a technical one, and it starts with how leaders lead. That is exactly where AIIR has always done its best work, and it’s why I’m here.”

Itamar Katsch

In his role, Katsch will partner with AIIR’s clients to design and deliver AI transformation strategies grounded in behavioral science, build the leadership capabilities organizations need to realize AI’s value, and expand AIIR’s growing portfolio of AI leadership offerings, including the AI Leadership Accelerator and AI Leadership Forum.

“AI is the technology of our generation, and it will unlock more human potential than anything that came before it, but only in organizations whose leaders learn to harness its power,” said Dr. Jonathan Kirschner, Founder and CEO of AIIR Consulting. “Itamar has already done what most companies are still trying to figure out. He took an entire organization from experimenting with AI to running on it, and he did it by changing how people lead, learn, and work together.”

Katsch joins AIIR from Similarweb (NYSE: SMWB), where he served as Global Head of Learning & Organizational Development and led a company-wide AI upskilling effort that increased AI adoption and resolved 157 business pain points. A business psychologist who has spent his career turning behavioral science into measurable business results, he also built AI solutions that helped HR drive transformation directly, including an AI-powered method for assessing talent and predicting employee flight risk and a proprietary coaching chatbot.

He began his consulting career in Deloitte‘s Human Capital practice in London, where he assessed senior leaders, designed high-potential and succession frameworks, and led change management and learning programs for public and private sector clients.

A sought-after voice on making AI transformation work, Katsch speaks regularly at industry events and trains HR teams at other companies to lead AI change in their own organizations.

“What drew me to AIIR is that the firm has never treated technology and leadership as separate conversations,” Katsch said. “AIIR has been tech-enabled from the start and human-centric at its core. That combination is precisely what organizations need right now, and I’m excited to bring everything I learned building an AI-powered organization from the inside to leaders who are ready to do the same.”

Itamar joins AIIR’s other Managing Partners, Megan Marshall, Joy Nissen, Barb Rosen, and Greg Leskew, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to expand its impact with clients across industries.
