Biography

I believe transformative leadership begins with self-awareness and courage. As an Executive and Career Coach, I partner with leaders who dare to think differently and challenge the status quo.

My non-linear career path across four continents - from marketing to culture transformation to coaching - has strengthened my conviction that authentic leadership starts with understanding yourself. This journey, combined with motherhood and international experience, enriches how I support others in their transformations. It has taught me that the most powerful changes happen when we dare to step outside conventional paths.

My approach integrates INSEAD Executive Master in Change insights into human behavior and organizational dynamics, exploring core conflictual relationship themes and hidden competing commitments. This foundation is enriched by ICF coaching principles and continuous professional development through ORSC systemic coaching and AIIR team effectiveness training. I believe in the power of understanding both individual psychology and organizational systems to create lasting change.
