Sean Olson brings to AIIR over 20 years of experience as an executive coach, facilitator, and speaker. He works with individuals, teams, and organizations to help them reach their full potential and highest level of effectiveness. Sean grounds his coaching practice in measurable results to accelerate client development and overcome limiting behaviors.
His experience with organizations ranges from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Within those organizations, Sean has worked with teams and individuals from the C-Suite to management level. As a former Director of Business Development at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Sean’s coaching practice is founded in achieving business outcomes. His direct business experience and relational skills together bring powerful results for his clients.
Sean has worked extensively as a leadership facilitator, delivering workshops on Teamwork, Strategy Development, Work Styles, Company Culture, Conflict Management, and Emotional Intelligence. He has also led group coaching seminars focused on the concept of coaching for impact.
Sean is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. He is also a Marshall Goldsmith Executive Coaching Stakeholder-Centered Coach. He is on the program committee for the Indianapolis chapter of ICF and the program committee for the ICF Midwest Regional Conference. He has also completed the CoachU Core Competency Program and is completing the Advanced Corporate CoachU program.
Sean holds his Bachelor’s degree from Kentucky Christian College and his Masters degree from Cincinnati Christian University.
