Ritu brings her passion ‘to make a difference’ through her coaching and enables leaders to become more strategic, intentional and impactful in today’s constantly changing VUCA world. In addition to her passion, Ritu brings 25 years of senior management experience (international marketing strategy, operations and leadership capacity building) specializing in individual and organizational effectiveness. She co-creates development programs to achieve results through a customized ‘align business outcomes with leadership effectiveness’ approach.

An insightful collaborator and partner, Ritu understands well what it is to be a leader in the globalized, interconnected and fast changing world of business, commerce and community. She works with leaders – emerging to seasoned – to enable transformation, enhance effectiveness, engagement and influence as they lead themselves, their teams and organizations into the future.

Ritu enjoys diversity in thoughts, perspectives and beliefs. Her international and multi-functional corporate experience in different cultures, countries and organizations across SE Asia, Europe and North America makes her ‘intentionally inclusive’, enable transitions and adapt to change. Her clients include start-ups through to established global organizations in multiple sectors: technology, automotive, health, mining, consulting, retail, corporate education and others.

As Executive Coach, she leverages her global perspective, multinational experience, business acumen and intuition to guide, challenge and support leaders to actualize their desired intentions and lead with effectiveness and impact. She creates an environment that deepens self-awareness and facilitates sustainable change. She helps clients discover and identify all that is within them - long-standing patterns of habit; co-create development goals; define outcomes and build the ability to ideate and move in new directions and possibilities. This enables not only change in behavior but also creates the mindset needed to sustain that change. Thus, the change endures over time, beyond the term of a coaching contract.

Ritu’s coaching is results oriented and evidence based. It is informed by various disciplines: neuroscience; adult maturity models; immunity to change; cognitive, emotional, somatic intelligence and mindfulness. She is certified in various assessment tools including Leadership Circle 360, CCL360, Enneagram, WB5P, among others. She also has extensive experience with tools such as LEA360, MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, and FiroB.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF, Ritu holds an MBA (Organizational Behavior and Marketing) and a PG Diploma in International Trade. She has certified as a Leadership Coach (Center for Creative Leadership) and as an Integral Coach (New Ventures West). She serves as faculty member with New Ventures West for the Coaching Certification program. Ritu is affiliated with International Coaching Federation (ICF); Women in Leadership (WIL); Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN); Growth Edge Network (GEN) and the Art of Developmental Coaching (AoDC).
